Take 1 full dropper twice a day. Put the liquid under your tongue and let it soak in for a few seconds, then swallow and chase with your favorite beverage. You can also add it to a drink or smoothie, but it will alter the taste. The tinctures are extremely potent and have an earthy flavor profile with a mild bite from the alcohol extraction. You'll get used to it over time! Note: You may need to fill the dropper twice to obtain one full dose as the liquid does not fill to the top.
