Take 1 full dropper twice a day. Put the liquid under your tongue and let it soak in for a few seconds, then swallow and chase with your favorite beverage. You can also add it to a drink or smoothie. The tinctures are extremely potent and have an earthy flavor profile with a mild bite from the alcohol extraction. You'll get used to it over time! Note: You may need to fill the dropper twice to obtain one full dose as the liquid does not fill to the top.

As someone that's always looking for new products to add to my daily healthcare routine, the "Serenity" tincture checks all of my particular boxes. After no more than 2 weeks I noticeably felt an improvement in my skin (I do a couple droplets in my collagen peptide water) and my digestive system. At only $35 a bottle this is a very affordable and all natural addition that you should absolutely add to your life. Can't wait to see what else Valli will have to offer in the future 🍄😁🚀
I never write reviews but I really love the serenity tincture so I thought I would give my opinion. I’m a pre-med graduate so I have studied substances for over 4 years. This tincture has Turkey tail in it which is what drew me to the product. I wanted to try this tincture because it is preventative medicine. Cancer is genetic in my family… Turkey tail mushrooms may have immune boosting properties that support cancer treatment (for some people.) I love the combo of Turkey tail & reishi. The placebo effect is powerful OR this tincture is powerful because I definitely notice a difference from the reishi. Reishi is mainly beneficial for fighting fatigue and I notice I have more mental energy for my studying. I highly recommend this product mainly for that reason.
I use serenity for deep, uninterrupted sleep. The reishi also helped clear my skin up and the adaptogens are super calming! I'll try Vitality next. 5 stars for a clean, strong product that I believe is really working. 5 stars for sustainable packaging that is also pretty. 5 stars for mushroom fruiting bodies and no filler. Love that!
